All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for prepaid picture packages.
Retakes are available to ensure satisfaction with portraits, subject to applicable scheduling and eligibility guidelines.
A restock fee may apply for exchanged or replaced items, as determined by the order and item type.
If a retake is requested, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a re-shoot or replacement as appropriate.
Items delivered damaged or incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no additional cost; proof of error or damage may be required.
